everyone talks about how fast the world seems to be moving. people go for days without stopping, and finally take a breath on the weekend, before diving back into their useless rotation of a life. their cities hum with excitement and culture, but there is so much of it that most people can't dig through it and find what is important.
in wells beach, maine, it's a different story. the town makes all of its money from its fishing boats. tourists sometimes end up in the small bed & breakfast for a day or two, but quickly move on. this is a family place, but only if you've been here your entire life. these people live more simply. they watch television, go out dancing, and surf the internet, but they aren't exposed to the same culture as a big city. this is a small fishing village off the coast of maine, and it's different, because it's just like the rest.
